We roast in small batches, now three times a week, to keep up with the busy season and to ensure maximum freshness. That means the beans you take home were likely roasted just days ago, not weeks or months like you’ll find on most grocery shelves. Our roasting process is carefully dialed in to highlight each bean’s unique characteristics, from fruity and floral to deep, chocolatey notes.
